DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Orders must be placed by 12pm noon Kuala Lumpur time to be processed on the same business day.

If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement or other instructions.

Packing and Processing Time: 1-3 business days. (We don't post parcel on Saturaday & Sunday)

Courier Delivery Time:
Peninsular Malaysia – 1 - 3 business days
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan – 1 - 5 business days

General Delivery Days
Pgeon PRIME: delivers Monday – Friday
DHL/FLASH Express: delivers Monday – Sunday

Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time.

The majority of orders shipped to the Peninsular Malaysia can be expected within 2 - 3 business days

Change / Cancellation Of Order
Should you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order if the goods have not been delivered in 7 days.

International Shipping
Shipping to other international destinations is available. Kindly to email us to quote for international postage.

Courier Company and Courier Charges
We are using DHL, pgeon PRIME, pgeon DELIVERY, FLASH Express and CITYLINK only. Postage charges are as follows:-
Peninsular Malaysia - RM10 onwards
Sarawak - RM15 onwards
Sabah : RM15 onwards
