Returning Products to TREND Wellness


We hope you enjoy your product. However, if there is any problems arise with your order from “www.trendwellness2u.com”, such as damage upon arrival or a discrepancy in the quantity/product as per your order, kindly initiate a return within 3 working days. Upon approval of the verification process, we will promptly replace the order and arrange for its shipment back to you.

Our Returns Policy:

We are committed to offer our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. 

Please include a completed returns form with your items. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt ie: Pgeon/Flash J&T/CITYLINK/DHL/SKYNET/POSLAJU). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Please note that we can only refund the return delivery charge if the item we sent you was faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your item from one of our retailer/ other online store / other physical store or counters, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns for purchases made at any other than “www.trendwellness2u.com” or partnered retail location may not be returned or exchanged at “www.trendwellness2u.com”


Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at any other than “www.trendwellness2u.com”,.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

Return your items by post.

Please return your items in a securely sealed parcel, including the original dispatch note, a completed returns form and a receipt for the return

postage amount. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature on receipt ie: Poslaju / ABX express / Gdex / Skyne).
